God
chose (sanctified) Israel to be separated people so He could send His
son through Abraham's seed. The Israel's brought us the oracles of God's.
(The Holy Bible). Thank God He set these people apart to reveal to us
the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah). They were a chosen people because
"Abraham believed God and it was accounted to Him for Righteousness."
Our
Armed Forces are (sanctified) set apart by our country to defend and protect
our country from it's enemies. They wear different clothing to show they
are set apart for the defense of our country.
Believers
in Christ, after the New Birth, are set apart (sanctified) to server the
Living God. They dress like everybody else but they have extra clothing
that the world can't see.
These
are Set Apart People going into all the world to declare the good news
of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. What a joy and a pleasure to be one of
the separated ones.
